Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Laneway Solutions ("we", "us", "our") provides managed AI voice agents, workflow automation, inbox triage, and employee training services for service businesses. These terms govern your use of our services and website at lanewaysolutions.ca.
We offer a 14-day free trial of our services. The trial requires no credit card and no contract. At the end of the trial period, continued service converts to a paid engagement only upon written agreement between both parties.
2. Acceptable Use
When using our AI voice agents and related services, you agree not to:
- Abuse, manipulate, or attempt to exploit the AI voice agent system
- Use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying technology
3. Payment Terms
Paid engagements are billed on a monthly billing cycle. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing period and are due within 15 days of receipt.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written cancellation notice. Upon cancellation, service continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laneway Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Laneway Solutions in the three months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
6. Data Handling
We take your privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices.
7. Changes to These Terms
Laneway Solutions may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
